We look forward to meeting with our members and invited guests in Lisbon, Portugal. Our first and foremost concern is the health and safety of our members and the broader community. We will require everyone’s participation in providing as safe an environment as possible.
Health and safety requirements for each meeting, including vaccination and masking, will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. M3AAWG may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by M3AAWG.

Meeting Registration
In order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M3AAWG meeting space, all registered M3AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M3AAWG badge.
A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk.
If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M3AAWG meeting.
We ask that you do not to wear your meeting badge outside of the meeting hotel, except to the M3AAWG Night Out. If you lose your badge please notify support@m3aawg.org immediately. If you do not have a badge, you will be refused access to the meeting space by security personnel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the meeting?
Vaccination requirements will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the eventIt. While it is not currently required, it is highly encouraged. We encourage individuals who are eligible to receive the booster prior to attending the meeting.
What happens if I have a known exposure risk before coming to M3AAWG?
If a registered attendee has a known COVID-19 exposure risk prior to attending M3AAWG 63, we ask that they not attend the event. M3AAWG will provide a registration credit to anyone that has a known COVID-19 exposure risk that decides not to attend the event.
Do I need to wear a mask during the M3AAWG meeting?
Masking requirements will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. If applicable, M3AAWG will require all attendees to wear a N95/KN95/KF94/FFP2 (or higher grade) mask in the M3AAWG designated meeting space when not consuming food or beverage.
Is there a virtual element if I cannot attend in person?
No, M3AAWG is not offering a virtual component to the 63rd General Meeting.
I am attending the meeting in-person and I do not feel well; what do I do?
If you feel sick or are having COVID like symptoms while on property, stay in your room and contact support@m3aawg.org and Executive Directory, Amy Cadagin (amy@m3aawg.org) as soon as possible.
If issues arise that require changes to the 63rd General Meeting, all changes will be communicated to members via email and updates posted on the Upcoming Meetings page.
