Important Dates:
- Week of July 22nd - Reg to go LIVE. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. Registration Fee is $600 USD. Register by September 2nd at 12PM PT to guarantee your 20th Anniversary T-shirt. Those who register after September 2 will receive a T-Shirt from the sizes available on-site and while supplies last.
- Week of August 12th - Draft Agenda to go LIVE
- September 12th - Hotel Cut Off Date. The M3AAWG negotiated room rate is guaranteed until September 12, 2024 or until group block has been fulfilled. After September 12, 2024, or once the group block has been fulfilled, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.
- October 2nd - Registration Closes. The late Registration Fee is $750 USD, effective after 5:00 PM PT on October 2nd, 2024.
M3AAWG - Health and safety requirements for each meeting, including vaccination and masking, will be set according to local government and public health recommendations applicable at the time of the event. M3AAWG may change, update, or add to these requirements at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of attendees and others, and attendees must comply with relevant policies and requirements as communicated by M3AAWG. Members planning to attend the meeting can stay current on these requirements on the M3AAWG Health and Safety.
Meeting Registration will open 4-6 weeks prior to meeting, you will receive an email when we open the Registration link. Please note: each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form. On-Site, in order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M3AAWG meeting space, all registered M3AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M3AAWG badge. A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk. If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M3AAWG meeting.
