Home M3AAWG Registration Information

 

M3AAWG meetings, open to current members and the occasional vetted guest, are multiple-track events held three times a year and generally attended by 300 to 500 participants. Leading industry experts, researchers and public policy officials address such diverse topics as bot mitigation practices, social networking abuse and pending legislation. Each three-day meeting is an exceptional opportunity to discuss the latest in messaging security with other professionals in a focused environment of working sessions and educational panels. M3AAWG reserves the right to refuse any meeting registration from a member or non-member at its discretion.

Fees

  • General Meeting Registration Fee : $600 USD 
  • Late Registration Fee:  $750 USD (Effective after 5:00 PM PT on May 28th, 2025)
  • M3AAWG Night Out: $24 USD (You select and pay for the MNO during the registration process. If you will be bringing a plus one, you will need to provide their name and your guest will need to provide a photo ID for entrance to M3AAWG Night Out. If your guest changes, please email registration@m3aawg.org with new guest name.)
Each person planning to attend the meeting must complete their own registration form.

 

Registration Includes:

  • Access to General and Working Sessions
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 
  • Coffee/Tea Breaks between Sessions

NOTE: Lunch and breaks are for registered meeting attendees only. 

 

Meeting Cancellation and Refund

M3AAWG cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations requested up to the closing of registration, May 28th at 5:00 p.m. Pacific, will receive a refund of 50% of the paid Registration Fee. 
  • Cancellations after May 28th at 5:00 p.m. Pacific forfeit a refund.
  • No shows forfeit a refund. 
  • If circumstances arise outside of M3AAWG's control and M3AAWG has to cancel the in-person meeting and hold the 64th General Meeting virtually, each registrant will receive a refund of their original Registration Fee minus a Virtual Registration Fee and processing fees.

Badge Pick-Up

In order to pick up your badge and gain access to the M3AAWG meeting space, all registered M3AAWG attendees must show proof of identification to pick up their M3AAWG badge.  A government issued identification card, with photo and same name registration name must be presented at the registration desk. If you are unable to provide identification you will not be granted access to the M3AAWG meeting.

Please be aware that family and guests will not be allowed in the meeting space. You must be a registered attendee and have your badge visible at all times to be in the M3AAWG meeting space.

We ask that you do not to wear your meeting badge outside of the meeting hotel, except to the M3AAWG Night Out. If you lose your badge please notify support@m3aawg.org immediately. If you do not have a badge, you will be refused access to the meeting space by security personnel.

 

Code of Conduct Policy

The Messaging, Malware and Mobile Anti-Abuse Working Group (M3AAWG) is dedicated to making our meetings and business open to all members and guests and to making it a safe place for all. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. We insist that all participants, attendees and meeting staff always adhere to a civil demeanor. This includes refraining from inappropriate language, comments and behavior, in person or by electronic communications and/or public or semi-public social media. In accordance with applicable law, M3AAWG prohibits sexual harassment and harassment because of race, color, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law.
